2.0T with 10 speed is the way to go with the accord.
I just purchased my first ever Honda. I chose the civic sport sedan over the accord. I like the size and look of it a lot more. I can’t wait to keep it for many years to come. Great video.

love the wheels on that accord. ANY honda you buy, new or used can NEVER be a bad thing. i'm gonna do it after my 180,000 mile bmw expires. need to feel a vtec. yearn for it.
I like the new Honda insight better. The insight is a mix of the 2 and it looks really good. It's a hybrid only model and uses Honda's direct link system so it feels like an electric vehicle with the sound of an engine. It's quite punchy and sporty though not looking as sporty as either the civic or accord. The Regen braking is really nice in the winter to slow without using the actual brakes. I really think new insights deserve more attention from people looking for a Honda sedan
I love Civics. Recently purchased a 2019 Civic EX sedan with the 1.5 liter turbo. Only has 18,000 miles and was certified pre owned. Great car! Nice video. I read a lot of Edmunds reviews in doing my research. I like the looks of the hatch.

If you want a sedan you need the accord. Its definitely bigger and roomier then the Civic Sedan. If you want less power, cheaper and roomier then the accord, get the Civic Hatchback. Personally the Sport and Sport Touring Hatch.. if you don't care about power and only cares about the size and like the look of a hatch, then Civic Hatchback is your winner..

Now in 22 I'm waiting for my 22 camry to come in. I've considered the Accord and the Mazda, The Camry came out on top for comfort and price.

I have to vehemently disagree. The front grille on the Accord is ghastly and the hatchback on the Civic is just more aesthetic.

I have a 2020 2.0 sport accord. The accord rivals the civic hands down. The accord is just more powerful, better performance, bigger car, more luxury, and looks fantastic on the road. Civic is still an awesome car too though. But if you can afford it get the accord for sure.
How are your mpg's though? I've heard a lot of owners saying the 2.0 accord gets terrible gas mileage
@@Artem-qe7su I have a '20 Accord Touring 2.0T and have owned it just over a year. My overall average fuel economy during this time frame is 30.1. However, the vast majority of my driving is highway, not city driving. It would be substantially less if I drove more in town. In any event though, I love the 2.0T Accord and would not consider the 1.5T. I really wanted the extra power and have zero regrets buying my 2.0T car. I'm not saying the 1.5T is a bad option. It just doesn't work for me.

Great reviews, We got the Accord and it's a delight to drive it, daily, Two cars I would not recommend to a friend or relatives are the Accord and the Civic with the 1.5L turbo engine, They have known issues with oil dilution. Get the 2T instead...

Everything is good in the Accord that 2.0T is bang for your buck but HONDA S WEAKNESSS IS ROAAAAAD NOISE ...... 🤦♂️😖😖😖 which can’t tolerate and paint quality is not great too .. especially black ...
I have a 2019 insight and with how quiet it is I find myself turning the radio up louder to cover road noise. Other than that I love it and haven't had any major issues yet. Crimson pearl paint still looking good after 29k miles
Yes, honda has not fixed that yet. I drive a 2005 and was surprised to find the new models still do have that problem

Yes both just straight trash. Highly highly overpriced and overrated. Guaranteed 3 out of 5 hondas whatever model the paint will start to peel. Honda uses cheap paint! If not under warranty expect to pay 1000's out of pocket.
Have a Accord 2011 and no paint peel and no cash out of pocket . hmmm

@@brandonl562 Maybe there is an issue (I looked at your page) I saw the page. You are making general statements about all Hondas and that's just not true. My Honda 2011 has way outlasted my Subaru that looks like crap and its 2014 with low miles. I just did not like you guaranteeing things that are not true. My Sister in Law has an old Pilot and it has no issue either.
@@RPG__Dave never mentioned ALL Hondas. A majority of accord pilots civics crv have defective paint. Open your eyes on the road you will notice it. Especially blue red or white. Just bc your car doesn't have a paint defect doesn't mean all of them dont.
