FIN 3850: Chapter 8 - Common Stock Valuation

This is a lecture on common stock valuation for FIN 3850 at MSU Denver. It covers valuing common stock using the constant growth model for both dividends and free cash flow as well as a generalized non-constant growth model using the idea that the value of the firm is the present value of all future free cash flows.
