    How hard would it be to extend this to a moving platform i.e. a drone ship?

      It shouldn't be too hard! Instead of the computer vision based precision landing, you'd probably want to change to velocity commands- but definitely feasible!

    Is it possible to use GPS coordinates to build multiple waypoints on a route that’s not “directly” A to B? We can’t go BVLOS obviously - but as a proof of concept for a longer UAS delivery route.

    With which message did you convey the information obtained by the camera to the autopilot? I thought of using the "LANDING_TARGET" message. Am I on the right track?

    Why do you need the visual mode to land? Are target coordinates too unprecise?

    is it possible to use only the raspberry pi without a navio2 shield? I am doing my thesis on drone construction and I'm trying to limit myself from using many off-the-shelf circuit as i possibly can. I just wanted to code the necessary functions that navio2 may offer.

      Definitely! Just make sure to put a heat sink on the CPU!

    I have a problem connecting to dronekit in real environment. Can you help with this issue?

      I would start by changing the ArduPilot version. If you are on the Navio2 then go to any ArduCopter version in the 4.0.'s

    Hi , good video, it still lands if it doesn't find the target?

      Hi there @xgia01!
      Good question. You could script this mission to not land if the target isn't seen. The way I have the script written is to continue with the land even if it doesn't see the marker.

      Looks like he's using a personal hotspot with raspi connected and ssh's into it via the local network

      Good question, Stefan! I certainly do. I am walking with a RC controller that can override the script if needed, and if the RC fails I can command the drone to land via the MissionPlanner ground control station connection. Safety first!

      Good question, puvee. You can definitely connect the RPI 4B to the Pixhawk. In fact, we even have a drone just like this at the drone dojo at deals.dojofordrones.com/the-ultimate-project-drone
