I don't put serving dishes on the table, I put the food in the plates for them. I will put the cranberry sauce, salt and pepper and probably small bowls of stuffing on the table then dish the rest up for them x

Hi mike, look up the bero recipe for Christmas cake. Make sure you dont cook it too long and line the tin in greaseproof paper, You can also wrap the tin in extra brown paper. I have a tutorial on it somewhere x
