Those two cops should be charged for willful destruction of private property and abuse of power! They totally overstepped the lengths of which they can search a vehicle!

Institue for Justice needs to be involved in that one. Illegal extension of stop, after refusing search they can't just hold you to wait for a dog. The search destroying the vehicle without a search warrant would also be illegal.

Get a security system now that you know that you have a neighbor that's psycho that likes to put herself in the people's own business when she's not supposed to and putting soup in shoes is just a psychopathic move.
The last one, sue the cops and the dept for that. They won’t do anything until you sue. What they did was illegal in so many ways it’s not funny.
The suit will get tossed for qualified immunity grounds. Search was a result of a "Hit" from drug sniffing dog, but since tge canine in question is unable to be questioned, yout attorney could go after the training records and request body cam to see if the handling officer gave any "clues" to the dog to indicate drugs when none were present. A hard row to hoe, but if you xan get past qualified immunity, you might win.
Other route, file an insurance claim and let your insurance company sue the officers/department.
@@micwclar true but you get around qualified immunity by startin with the cop individually then everyone else. They lose their qualified immunity.

The Supreme Court has ruled that they cannot hold you beyond what a normal traffic stop would take. Waiting thirty minutes for a dog is unreasonable.So anything they find would be thrown out in court

They can't make you wait for a sniffing dog, including extending the stop. So basically anything after the second they begin waiting for the dog is illegal. Well established precedent in SC.

A few years ago around 2012 ish. A family was traveling from Florida to Upper State New York to see family. On the upper I-695 beltway going around Baltimore, Maryland they were stopped because they had Out of State Plates. They were sat on the side of the road for like I think 14 hours as the cops literally dismantled their car, I mean like even going so far as to take apart the entire engine. Then had the nerve to arrest them for littering on the side of the freeway. ALL because the man had a Registered handgun that was left back in Florida. The man had a Very good job and flew back to Maryland to Sew the City, he wone the case.
😂 a few years? Been a decade

Best case of this was Collage Student and her Dad went to a Police Auction and they got her a very nice car dirt cheap.... 6 months later she was pulled over dog reacted to the car turns out the car after a full search was done was Loaded with drugs and huge stacks of cash..... long case later it turns out the car was siezed ina Drug raid and had been put into the police lot for a search to be done. BUT Papers got lost and it ended up in the sale ...... they apologized but took the car back as it suddenly became Evidence and refunded the money ..... poor girl had been driving around with a hundreds of thousands of drug money and about 40 Kg of drugs and could have been mugged by the gang that lost the drugs but didn't know where the car was
@@TheSLUser haha there was a case like that in the BIG auto Auction for car dealers only. A truck was bought and the Mechanic for the dealer went over the truck only to find 3 bricks (1 Kg Each) glued to the underside of the wheel well. In plain sight. The police had to purchase the truck back since They are the ones who sold the truck. That also made the news...NOT a good day for THAT police station.

I do it it one better and she'd need a new engine for her car. -Not to mention she was an admin, like she has soooo much contact with clientele. Hell no! Hope you took pictures of everything and make sure you have the officers names and badge numbers. They are not allowed to destroy your car. They have no implied immunity for that and you're going to need a lawyer.
Extending the stop for the dog to show up is a Fourth Amendment violation.
AND...the dog will "alert" when commanded to, drugs or no drugs, by a nonverbal signal from the handler.

I know full well that dogs are trained to sniff drugs, explosives, et cetera, but when a dog alerts on something. How do we the public know for sure that the dog has legitimately alerted on something und not responding to a signal from their handler to "justify" not only the stop, but calling the dog out?
Plus, where is the allegation that the cop said that the OP was "too young" to own a Cadillac?
I support the cops BUT I ONLY SUPPORT THE GOOD ONES! If they overstep or get an attitude with me then I return the level of disrespect they show me. Like the jerk that pulled my son over and then started to tell me that MY attitude was only making it worse for my son. Well all I did was provide proof of insurance which was on my phone. Oh and he pulled him over in my driveway….which is why I was even there. I told him that I wasn’t “inserting myself into his stop”, his stop was in my driveway and I’m allowed to be there. He tried to demand I go inside but I told him to F off and HE can leave MY property because his business with my son was over. D-bag
But I have helped the cops before too. But like I said I return respect in kind

The moment the Neighbour poured the soup into my kids shoes, she'd be out the door (face down and flying after I grab her by her collar and belt and heave), then I'd call the Police to Press Charges of Destruction of Property (unless the shoes are treated, it's nearly impossible to clean food stains, grease and oil out of the lining) and then Sue her in Court for the Damage to my kids property, the cost of replacing the shoes, my Legal Costs and Punitive Damages to the tune of at least $2,500.00...
And yes, I'd open the door before throwing her out of it since I don't want to have to pay for a new door on top of new shoes and the Court Filing...

About Story 3: As a person with Dyspraxia I can say this time blindness isn't part of it. They may also have undiagnosed ADHD with it. Due to Dyspraxia affects fine and gross motor skills. Like the ability to write.
I was thinking that time thing didn't make sense. My granddaughter has it and it made it hard for her to form words, there's nothing wrong with her sense of time.

When I was in the Army we had a rule that you couldn't have more then 11 containers of liquid. So if you went to the PX and bought a 12 pack, you had to get thirsty and drink one on the way back to the barracks.
But in the first story, even though the person won, they still lost. You never want to piss off Top.
Get a lawyer and sue the county for your emotional and physical damages to your car. Because that's overkill on the highest degree as well as incompetent police work that they couldn't like do a simple background check on you to see that there was nothing huge we probably wrong with the vehicle.
If you get searched in the last one, you need to do 2 things. FILM THEM AND CALL A LAWYER.

An Article 15 for THAT beer "offense?" Something was seriously out of whack in that unit.
I have a military malicious compliance tale. I was in the Coast Guard and went to my A-School (MOS for coasties). When I got there I was issued a blanket, pillow, sheets and towel. The blanket was probably WW2 surplus and about 80 grit. The pillow was flat as a fritter. The sheets were threadbare and stained. Don't get me started on the towel.
I didn't have class until Monday so I went shopping. I bought a new fitted sheet set, a warm but lightweight modern blanket, two new pillows and a couple of plush towels with washcloths.
I proceeded to get myself set up and a few days later we had our first inspection. The petty officer immediately gigged me for not having regulation linens and blanket.
I had memorized the particular regulation in question which stated that I was to be issued linens, etc. I showed him said issued linens neatly folded in a drawer.
He looked at me incredulously and said, "I've been sleeping on these crappy sheets for fifteen years!"

soup in shoe lady: the moment she wanted to push I would simply tell her to leave rain or no rain. As OP mentioned they don't know her very well and should have just been glad to get out of the rain. The ladies attitude does not warrant her getting any food from me and a one finger salute plus the door shut in her face as she is forced out into the rain.
Yeah that E-4 in the first story sounds like a blue falcon to me. Met plenty of First Sergeants that would have chewed you out for that but it would have ended with him thanking you for pointing out where the SOP needed updating. I also have to wonder if that officer told the first Sargent to back off since an article 15 would have meant paperwork for him. 😆

I have seen county road workers have to work holidays and weekends during the winter weather. The county did not may overtime. They were offered time off during the summer.

The last story is a fabricated lie......They don't cut open seats, spare tires or any thing else on side of the road. Also, they don't take two hours on side of the road to conduct a search........nothing but lies.

Why do you read us stories with no satifying resolution like the last one on here? I would imagine that the majority of us who view these do so for that resolution. You've been including these stories with no final resolution in more and more of your videos. Please stop doing that.
The wheels must turn. Why not look the story up to see if it had an update after it was recorded? That happens alot. Some of red's "retellings" are just that. An update with a ff8nap resolution simply wasn't available here.
