WOW WOW WOW. I wonder who first discovered this alpha wave therapy, as I call it. Pretty amazing sensations. I felt immediate relaxation in the base of my spine and more intensive sensations in the throat, third eye and finally my crown. I think I should listen to this at least a few times each month. I enjoy how each segment flows easily together. We climbed up over every part of ourselves, letting colors and white light hold us softly in every instance. It glows. It tingles. I really loved this, however, the segways going into the next chakra repeating that the “sound waves are manipulated” caused some resistance and kind of distracted me each time. I don’t think it needs to be repeated 7 times. Once at the beginning would be nice. Just a suggestion! Thank you for the amazing work you do!
