My god kissinng the shadows!!! Thank you Alexi for this maserpiece
One of my biggest regrets in life is that ive never seen cob live 😢
I wish I could have seen them this era. Unfortunately, this show happened the year I was born
I miss this stuff. Classical shred, symphonic black, and thrash metal all rolled into one. There's death metal in there too, but I honestly don't hear a lot of it other than the lyrics, and even then you could argue that they're more black metal. The vocals ride between death and black metal. Otherwise, it's a lot of classical shred and thrash with black metal mixed in.
This was my first cob live VCD, used to watch it repeatedly when I was 15. COB blew my mind.
Still such an inspiring gig to watch

one of the best shows ever recorded
best original member and great condition perfect performance
Even if Alexis Laiho's technique in Bodom's early was a tad sloppier than it was a bit later on, this is still incredibly awesome.
RIP Alexi and thanks for your contribution to Metal community. You crafted your name on the legends list.
I got this concert back in 2004 when i was in grade 9 and m still watching this video in 2018
