Hello friend, I need your opinion. Which calibrator do you recommend? You can see at first glance that the MR 9270s is of better build quality, but in terms of accuracy and functions, which one is better? Or which one would you choose? Thanks and regards.
Depends on budget and requirements. The MR9270S does have more functionality, but you pay for that and if you don't need it or won't grow into using it then you are spending quite a lot of money. For some of the functions the MR9270S does have a little better resolution. If you just want a unit for messing around then I would opt for the SG-003A or LB02. If you want something for more professional for fault finding, then I would go for the MR9270S over the SG-004A if budget allowed as it seems to have better stability. My units are quite old now though and never had firmware upgrades. If you re looking for specific calibration on critical plant systems, then I would stay away from these units and look towards the more well known brands.
You do have a dual display on Fnirsi's. 3:10 hit FN so its red and hit curve/play symbol button, then you will have a grahphing display, and I recall you can modify the graphing values on the X-axis for valuesegments in your settings alongside toogling ranges with "out" button.. If it doesnt show a graphing display when doing as I told, then you have to activate it in your settings. in both graphing interface & the main interface display, you can cycle between valuesettings & limits by hitting the "out" button and it will change your ranges/counts.
Yes, there is quite a bit of functionality built into the unit, the SG-003A from Fnirsi and the LBo2 from Brightwin are both simpler units, depends on what you actually need. Thanks for watching.
There is nothing in the manual regarding protection, but if you open it up, there are two 500mA SMD fuses on the output board that connects to the jacks. One connects to the 'out' terminal the other connects to the 'in/+30V'. The in-/24V connects to the internal relay, I could not detect the other side of the relay connecting to either of the internal fuses.
This model lacks automatic cold junction compensation for thermocouple measurement, which is a pity. By the way is this your home lab? A 7510 and an SMU? Luxurious setup.
I haven't tested mine on thermocouples, but going through the menus it has a cold set junction temperature that can operate off the internal sensor, or you can set it to a custom value. The 7510 and SMU are what I use for my work as I am self employed.
Could this device to source mV with frequency of 12kHz? Is it able to simulate analogy thermocouple? I need same device for simulation different signals from different type of sensors)
@@three-phase562 I need a similar device for imitation sensors for replace old soviet devices. There are so large and uncomfortable for working with them. I have realy mach work outside and many businesse trips, so devise must be small and have a low weight. I need to source some mV, resistans in Om, and some mV with frequency of 12kHz at the same time. Well it was being cool if it could to measure microOm. Olso it must be cheap (lower than 300$) because I don't have a lot of money.
@@bEErGoOd_ Sorry, I am not aware of a device that will cover all of those functions in one unit. A process calibrator from the likes of Fluke such as the 725 will come close but you are talking circa £4,000 and it will still only source up to 10kHz. The Uni-T UTG962 is a small waveform generator that could produce your signal and easily modified for battery operation, I think Siglent may do something similar. You could pair that with an MR9270 or Fnirsi SG-004A and likely get what you want.
No its not an oscilloscope function, more of a trend logging at a fairly slow rate in comparison to an oscilloscope. I believe Fnirsi do sell an oscilloscope version. Thanks for watching.

This product is horrible, I bought the version with modbus and hart but it never worked, and the after sales support washed their hands, I recommend that you do not buy it
Sorry to hear you have had troubles. The problem with buying things like this from China are support issues, there seem to be a number of comments regarding RS485 usage on both the Fnirsi and Mr Signal across the various videos. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Maximum it can source is 10 kHz, lowest voltage is 100mV and has a 100mV resolution.
It can simulate RTDs and various thermocouple types.
