Yes, you can access Live Chat via the Pipedrive mobile app. Naturally other tools that are purpose built for live chat are probably going to be better but if you just need something simple, I think LeadBooster is a great option.
How do we avoid being a Spammer when using the Prospector tool? If Prospector is giving us an email address of the prospect, we really can't just blindly send them an email, right?
Good question, I guess it comes down to how you go about doing the outreach. Obviously don't spam them with emails. But maybe you can call and try and find the right person to start talking to.

Some idea or the only wait is using tools like Zapier or Make (Integromate). I would like improve the way to get and manage leads and i think so this tool can help me. Thanks Paul
it is totally unusable for those who must integrate the acceptance of the gdpr. When you creating the form i doesn't make you insert checkboxes, selection boxes or drop-down selection. Which is a huge problem.

Yes, you can sort your columns so depending on how you'd like to map them out, this should be a solution.

If you run Facebook 'lead ads' you can use Zapier to import these to Pipedrive

Yes, this was my first thought too. Presumably the whole 'pay a credit and get a prospects details' element is illegal if you're based in the EU?
