for me i really want to diet or eat less hut the thing is if i do that take for example i had a late breakfast at 11 am and then i wont feel hungry till 5 by then i slowly start feeling dizzy. My family has dinner at 9-10 pm so around 7 pm i start feeling dizzy and then i am not able to study like i dont feel the energy i feel i am a dead person if i dont eat anything and after struggling so much i remember i barely burned any fat as i have to stay home and study for my exam.
Watch our for cardio stress which could be fatal...specially when you are the thinner side...I just lost my sister doing this. Kindly chk research articles on this please

I will do the intermittent fasting sometimes a couple times a week sometimes four days a week sometimes in one or two days a week exercise every other day or I try to I run an hour and do push-ups and situps I’m trying to get into yoga, which is how I met your channel and I really want to get going with it . Dear, its a wrong time. The festive give up is too harsh. Mann maarna for thing I look forward the most is not for me. Days post diwali till Sankranti seem good especially like cleansing post festivities.

I am on 8th day of the same routine. No sugar and 10-7 pm eating window.
Some days pass by easily, some days I feel hungry but overall it is fun
