But hats off to you for doing something about it and learning to defend yourself properly, I had to do the same.
I honestly wish that I learned martial arts as a kid. Its one of the reasons why I'm joining the Air Force soon, to learn at least SOME fighting techniques that I'll expand upon in due time. :)

Until one day I told myself it’s time to end it and I told my mom and dad that morning I’m getting expelled today I’m finally gonna do what I should’ve done a long time ago and on that very day I brought down my 3 bullies they didn’t come out without injuries they each come out with something broken and I got suspended for a month since they confessed to all the bruises I showed my teachers and the bruises on my friend and other classmates

It's painful but possible if you have trained your lower half but I didn't see any intensive training about it in the movie. Unless he had prior experience to it. He spoke about breakdancing or something earlier in the start of his training arc I think. Probably he speaking bs tho...
