@@andrecastillo5232 He probably does have to. I notice that anyone who uploads clips with original commentary who isn't affiliated with MotoGP in an official capacity doesn't stay around very long. I have a sneaking suspicion Dorna is hyper aggressive about their clips, regardless of fair use and transformative content. I don't even know if those things exist at all in Spain (where Dorna is based).

Anything that is "under investigation" or "under review" basically means that race control is looking at an incident. The incident can be either in the pitlane or on track. In this case the 54 car was under the minimum pit stop time and race control wants to take a closer look before assigning a penalty, warning, or going with no further action.

He literally missed a big crash that was right in front of him! Just like FOX during their NASCAR coverage. Completely stupid. I do not understand how the camera person did not see the wreck that was about to happen. 🙄🤦♂️😑 (SMH)
