Hartung Family Farms is a farming operation out of Jackson and Clinton County Iowa, with our main farm located in Preston Iowa. We have around 2400 acres of corn, soybeans, alfalfa, rye, and oats as well as around 750 head of cattle. It would be really interesting to hear an interview with your grandmother. And get the history of the farm. Years ago my great grandmother told me about her journey of coming to Texas in a covered wagon, I wish I would have had brains enough to record it.
