happy happy days, same country with piss all workwise for loads of young people yet somehow some magic happened,i may be older but i want to see this happen for the youth again.
Pick it up, turn around, look away and sit back down!!!! I got to find the time, i'd like to make you mine, coz you know who you are....Your my rising star!!!!!......Ahhhh wot a tune, perfection!!!! HAHAHA Check out the young Tony Wilson at the start of this doc...You could drive a bus through that parting in his hair...lol...Here i am back again to watch this great doc. Pure nostalgia!!!!
a great time and the best music. Manchester was always a cool place to be....just read the reviews below....bollocks. manchester the timing the clubs the music the ware house partys. all good fun.......
@goonchistaw My take on what is superior & beautiful is very likely to be different from *your* take. I'm not hear to impress you with my skills; I'm just speaking my opinion about not liking a particular song in the video. Overall, Manchester stuff is amazing (and again, that's just *my* take on it).
Anyone recognise the lady in the pay boothe in the Hacienda its Fiona Allen from Smack The Pony!!. Sweet Excorcist D Shake and that Wacky Guy from Hardcore Uproar and then Candy Flip to fucking spoil it! Lol!
Ha...go to Manchester today and see how much of a "scene" there is. Ironically "Madchester" and the hype surrounding it was the seed that grew into the soulless graveyard Manchester is today.
love the stuff out of manchester but that Northside crap was awful. worst music and lyrics ever. what a horrible facsimile of anything. an utter abortion of any good quality
+tim starkey I met the bassist from Northside in one of the pubs in New Mills and he was a wreck. Just pissed and wanted to have more. He was actually a decent person but just seemed a bit of a loner.
+Paul Buttrill im sure they are probably decent lads. even with the instruments being out of tune it just couldn't get much worse. its a bit like a parody of the music of that time. or even if a young person of 14 or 15 was trying to sound like his favorite manchester band
No se cómo, sin internet aún, escuchábamos esta música aquí, en La Rioja, Argentina, en 1992!! happy happy days! early nights of fun!
THANK YOU - I had this on VHS years ago - was talking about it the other day - this is L E G E N D A R Y...
