I don't understand it. They're erecting this skyscraper from scratch. So why can't the rooms be larger? Where do people store all of their coats (England is cold!) and other hanging clothes? In those tiny closets? It's a new building so where are the bidets next to the toilets? Why does everthing have to be so long and narrow, like a train car? I call these train car apartments. If one is going to spend this much money, one should get more space (in my personal opinion). I thought fancy apartments in London are supposed to have grand spaces. These are tiny small spaces. Also, what's the deal with electric stove tops? They suck. All professional chefs use gas rings. No storage space at all. I guess owners are supposed to only own one coat, one suit or dress and some underwear..... But we love your tours, Matt & Summer!! Keep up the great work!!
I actually really like the design, however, that bathroom sink is just horrendous. It's so tiny! And the bed doesn't fit in with the rest of the interior design. Really liked the winter gardens, also just casually looking out to Harrods, lol. Other than that, this tour was a bit confusing. Basically we don't really know what the apartments are gonna look like, I can just assume they all won't have a long stained glass wall with offices behind them, haha

Just an idea: you could actually speak about the features of the houses you show, my honest (brutal) feedback is that so far you just speak about things I already can see, in this video you could have explained loads of items, the design behind it, etc.. I can't afford this kind of house, but if I did I wouldn't be convinced...

Just under £1million for a studio apartment, lol. I'd expect solid wood cabinetry, not veneered MDF! But yeah, it all looks rather swish, if you're into high priced over-the-top tat. I did like the bath tub, it looked quite roomy, in fact the overall use of a rather small bathroom space looked well designed. Even though this show apartment wasn't too high up my dread of heights makes it not an option for me with the trend for full length windows ...... well that and the price.
This building is located in Knightsbridge and not in Vauxhall. The nearest station is Knightsbridge which is 2 minutes away and South Kensington or Hyde Park Corners is around 10 minutes walk away.
