Hey guys, great to have
you back in the kitchen. We're all feeling the
pinch at the moment, and it's pretty expensive
getting out to a restaurant. So today I'm gonna show you how you can cook a meal at home
that is both affordable and delicious. That's right, we're making san choy bow.

You can find the ingredients for san choy bow at any Australian supermarket. So just pick up some minced pork, bit of fried onion,
some oyster sauce. And then we're gonna wrap it all up in a fresh delicious lettuce leaf.
