Dark entrance way, dark stairwell, no natural light makes it look dark in those areas. In a lot of these big houses they almost struggle to show how the space can be used so it looks like a dead space. The master bed is the most bizarre bed I’ve ever seen, decor is not quite to my taste but it can be changed.
AC units and fans should come as standard for that price

Hello Delpratt Family , l do like what you guys are showcasing. These apartments are lovely. They need to ultise those spaces on Lady Musgrave Rd, Argyle Rd and those roads that runs across Lady Musgrave Rd. We need some Condos, and small Gated Communities in Kingston, and St.Andrew. Since Portmore has most of the Gated Communities. It would be nice for Kingston to get upgraded. Bournemont Garden, Doncaster and the surrounding areas. They need more trees to be planted to beautify the place. Keep Up The Good Work. Blessings.

I thought to become a real estate agent in America you had to attend college. Only to find out that’s not true. They have institutions kinda like HEART trust where you just walk in and do the course and and that’s that. Your wife would make an excellent real estate agent trust me 💰💰💰Also the fact you guys are a team.
