-letting the brits "order" the Wehrmacht if they would request them in imperial affairs arround the globe.
-helping the frensh to rebuild france and to give them complete autonomy back over france (except the alsace which would remain german)
ALL these offers where given before 1941- so before the russian campaign - the germans looked like where winning that war at that time.
Less music, more maps and photos.
Sir, well done. Some art and video clips would enhance your presentation. Thank you for your time.
FULL EPISODE ON ORP ORZEL
quick feedback : the background music is too loud / distractive : it makes it harder to focus on what you say
What is the music in the Background?
annoying
how do i get the Atlanta ship on PS4
The ordeal of the Orzel would make a helluva movie
Now bring us Polish DD or submarines or both
Were there any actions against Soviet vessels/land targets during the Soviet part of the Invasion of Poland?
As a duty cames before the pleasure, German vessels ware the primary target.
@adobo777. Nope, there were no action against soviets since in official terms Poland and Ussr were NOT in state of war... however some skirmishes especially at the Poland's eastern border do take place.
Think by then there was no Polish navy
The new chair of wisdom?
Did you have fun with the Polish pronunciations?
Yep. But its good that someone talk about it.
Just some of the things the poles can be proud of from ww2.
"Re-located to Hel" - what a line!
65 million was the number dead. There were many, many other casualties which were the wounded and POWS.
And many others who died later after the war from morphine addiction, poverty, and suicide...as a direct result of the war*
That was excellent!
4:07 not semp its sęp
Good job thank you for talking about true history and about defending Poland and Germans agression
Too much random camera angle changes and zoom in/zoom out. Superb content and delivery though. I do reiterate the editor needs a slap though!
Chieftain, I have heard you refer to sailors as "that kind of guy." Does it feel strange to talk about nautical subjects and "that kind of guy?" I'm not complaining, I'd listen to you presenting a dance contest, something I consider as pleasant as chemotherapy.
i want more of this!
4:08 'Sęp' not 'Semp' xD
Yep. No "Semp" word in polish dictionary. Well for sure in some grade schooler notebook. But not really anywhere else.
Xd prawda
´´ę´´ have the sound of ´´em´´ so is right (we all Polish colony in Brazil is the same for us :p)
@@Hanimichal But In Polish you WRITE this "SĘP"
Really cool video
Wait, the second sub was named "simp"?
What happened to Blysckwicha?
It's the monument in a Polish harbour. You can visit her.
The great Lord of story telling Chieftan should hopefully make a Naval Legends for a Soviet DD, or maybe the Kongo class ships or Kagerou class DDs
Wargaming please make this happen!!!!
What about the German unit that attacked Poland a week early and pulled back when they were told of the error? They attacked on time with little resistance. Way to go Poland!!
Excellent
Well, yes and no, Poland was the start of something big, but if you are Chinese that whole war thing started much earlier and although we did not battle the Japanese at that time militarily, we certainly did economically, finally leading them down the path to perdition. Good stuff Chieftain!
any one know the music that is at 22.51
Is there an ADHD-friendly version without background music?
That was interesting.
.
No joke here: There is(used to be?) bus line numer 666 to Hel.
I'd like to see some more of these made WoW. Get on it.
Epic stuff! Great job colonel; ever thought about doing this sort of thing, professionally? :-)
colonel? I thought Chieftain was a major.
@@A.J.K87 Major? Wow, that is some serious shit out there. He is such big fish in US Aarmy (land forces), US Marines or National Guard?
National guard I believe.
@@A.J.K87 Texas Army National Guard and has just pinned on his light colonel gold oak leaves
@@colbeausabre8842 True, but my comment was made 2 years ago, when he was still a major :)
Day one of the war airplane scouting destroyers showing their movements and foiling their battle plan as well let's dive bombing innocent chips with no AA or just trying to do their job fantastic
There's no such thing as innocents in war, only collateral damage.
I didn't know there was a lot of naval activity in the invasion of Poland :^)
If there is any translation of the book titled "ORP Orzel lost" (don't know the actual English title tho), go for it. Writing style, story about this ORP Eagle (Orzel) sub is second to none.
Top Block Officer there.
A gray chieftain. Huh. Urban camo.
Blyska was the best DD in Europa but she is the worst in the game :/ gj WG
Lol, it's my lucky ship.

The night before KMS Bismarck was sunk, she was attacked by a British destroyer flotilla. Blyskawica went in closer than all the others, launched her fish and then signaled to the Germans, using her searchlight, "I AM A POLE!"
As the British would say, "Mad buggers"
Ancient Victorian joke, "What comes steaming out of Cowes?" "The Queen's yacht"
Polish submarine ORP "Sęp", not "Semp" ;)
Polish names are very hard to pronounce in English, he should have just called it Vulture.
WoWs players have the same problem with Błyskawica, we nicknamed her "Bliss" but we should actually call her Lightning.
@@Dr_V it's not about pronunciation, in 4:06 there is "Sęp" wrote as "Semp", they wrote it incorrect

BRING BACK OLD CV GAME PLAY AND OLD CVs....ASAP!!
I want old Kaga back!
@@Tasukete_22 i know many people who want them all back. Only played less than 10 games after the change. Used to play 6-10 h/week....
I find it regrettable that most people consider Sep 1st 1939 as the start of WWII. If we consider hostilities between two of the major combatants to define "the start", then Japan really kicked it of on July 7th 1937. Also, the UK and France didn't declare war until Sep 3rd, so again...why Sep 1st? Only Germany and Poland were art war on that date.
So war can only be official if UK and France announce it? Get over yourself.
@@MrQmicic for our red Friends from east second world war just started 22/6/41 before that they only tried to protect Russians minorities here and there like Finland Poland Baltic countries exactly what they continue now in Ukraine, be Russian is not about country is about mind state.
Because the Invasion of Poland on the 1st triggered the mutual defense treaties (regardless of if the official declaration took a couple days). Also, it wasn't a World War until truly global colonial powers were involved, hence the 'World' part. The 2nd Sino-Japanese war only saw combat in a single theatre.
Watch the channel called "World War Two" if u found this interesting ..trust me
