Why did they scrap this? It seems like rockstar has a thing about not getting cop cars especialy online. Would have been a cool addition to currant gen. Those science cars are trash now.

Are you sure it's 1.27? Why is it 1.27? Its not even the first version of NG V.

It is rather replaced, not patched. But yeah, FIB Buffalo only spawns there on PS3/Xbox 360
