I do call centre work from home and then they asked me to help other people with tech issues, so id call them and they share their screen and i fix it - really simple stuff for people not computer literate. But in the tech issues teams chat one of the guys has created tables to correlate with what issues people have and to categorise what's the most common issues, etc, so this can be used for training on specific areas to improve productivity and reduce these issues. I didn't know any of this shit until last week but it's crazy how you can implement these things from teams and then set up through emails and stuff, really interesting as well though for the potential it has. So thanks for the vid! Without vids like these on youtube it would be a lot harder to get to grips with it, instead of watching on x2 speed and clicking through a million of them before deciding what specifically it is we need to do and then looking more into that.

I have a flow that creates a record of the subject line, email body and email receive date on an excel document on OneDrive but I want make it UPDATE a record instead of add a record if an email arrives and has the same subject line. I have a question where you might know a solution please...
I have to create a flow like in your video, one excel that is updated every time that a form is filled and it should send an email when one condition is true.
The issue that I have is creating the condition.
My condition should be : every time that several fields are duplicated (same country, same element, same request) then is a duplication and a email should be sent.
I am struggling adding this condition.
Could you please give me a hint which would be the best way to proceed?

Thanks for the videos.. i set it up and run flow for testing .. it works fine. But it is not sending out the email notification at the scheduled time. i set this up for weekdays Mon to friday , is it like it starts from the next day after it has been set

Looking good. I am wondering if you can open any application (not necessarily MS suite one but from another vendor that is not listed in the integrated vendors' list) and check things in this app and then apply if yes/no scenarios depending on what you checked. For example examine if the check box is selected, or which drop-down menu item is selected, or what text is entered into the box etc.
Say if I want a certain checkbox to be selected I cannot just open the app and select it. I first need to if it is selected or not. Then if it is not select it - select, otherwise - do nothing. This way I can ensure that every time I run the automation it is not screwing up the configuration. By doing this I can control the configuration is always consistent with my expectations and fix it if any deviations occur. I can also build new verifications and config updates if a new config is introduced later on.

Hi Anders. First of all - Nice video. I have recently been starting to work with this along with Microsoft Forms.
This may be a very simple thing for you, but i'm hoping you can help out.
When creating a form, and someone replys it creates a overview and shows the number of each reply.
I want to use this to sending information out, so it automatic inserts data into my row on excel which we are sharing on teams.
What i want is to instead of inserting the same answer 20 times, i just want to be able to insert the number 20, and in the overview it shows 20 and not just one for like overview of how many laptops of each model we are using? is this possible ?

Hello! First of all thank you for this video, it helped me out to get started with a project were I am really stuck. I would like to get some extra help. I am working in a flow to email sales associates as well. But the difference is that my table has also a column specifying the concept of the sale. Something like this:
ID | NAME | CONCEPT | SALE
This table comes from processing another table in power bi, where I created a column telling me if the seller will get an email or not. My problem is that, if the seller got outstanding sales in more than one concepts I don't want them to get multiple emails. Instead I want them to get just one email mentioning all the categories where he got a good amount of sales.
How can I approach this? Somehow a query which could let me group the concepts of the same seller or something like this, but I don't know how to do this.

Is there any method to get a reference value based on an index with a combination of power Automator and online excel?
As an example, if I input values using flow such as name, preference, and if I need to automatically update the excel cells such as email address, contact number of that specific person. Can I use the flow to create that logic? is there same function like "VLOOKUP" (I prefer to create logic within the Automator other than within the excel)

I love your videos, I am a new subscriber to your channel.
I'm wondering is there a way to create a video for the following flow for a daily agenda?
1. Reoccurring email - Mon to Fri
2. For 2 people (this variable never changes)
3. Same template in the content of the email example "Hi ...please see attached for agenda" the only thing that does change in the email is the subject-- fx= addDays()
4. It will always be the same excel spreadsheet and document. (the name of the document and spreadsheet never changes.) The only thing that changes is the table (which can be manually updated).
I keep getting apply to each and it sends like 12 rows of data. This may seem very simple but I am having trouble adding the attachment to the flow. It would be nice if you can make a video for that.

Hi Anders. Am new to Power Automate and have been looking at videos to solve a specific issue which I cannot seem to crack. We need to input information into a complicated excel sheet (some just single values, and one an array). Now the issue is that the Excel functions seems to want a well defined simple table in the Excel. What would you use if i need to add single values to certain (static) cells and also some to an array. I am passing the information to Power Automate through an API (that seems to work fine). It is getting the information into the Excel (on sharepoint) that is the problem. Thanks in advance :)

Hi, I need a help. I have an excel file with some pivots and it is connected to powerBI. I have uploaded it to Sharepoint and I want to do auto refresh all pivots tables by PowerAutomate flows. In desktop automate , one email have multiple data to crop. I am able to successfully crop (using flag between two text) only first set of data. I not able to crop the next ...set of text data in that same email. How to do that?

Hello Jensen, I have created a flow that runs monthly. What it does it grab all data from excel sheet 1 and put them into excel sheet 2. My flow looks like: Recurrence>List rows present in a table>add a row into a table. But the problem is my excel sheet 1 has 13 columns (Dr. Name, January, February, March...........December). In January, I input January data in the January column, in February, I put the February data in the February column. The flow that I have created already pulls the January data fine. But when it runs in the month of February, it pulls February data and January data too. I just want to get each months data automatically, no duplicates are expected. Could you please suggest me how can I do that using power automate?

So do the files have a reference to the mailing list og vice versa? - But then I saw that i cannot select the sheet name (I have called ist "PersonnalSales"), there is always the standard name "Tabelle1" in the drop downlist.
- After adding a new sheet without renaming ("Tabelle1"), the dropdown list showed "Tabelle1" and "Tabelle12".
- Now a new try: A new excel sheet saved as NewSales, the basic list like in the video, marked and formatted as table ... and again: I find the excel file in the library, but nothing is listed in the drop down list "Table".

I have found your explanation how to name the table in the comments of your video "Read Excel and send video".
But my Excel still makes a lot of trouble, there seems to be an update prpblem with this table-name-value.
First I try to change the value, e.g. from "Tabelle 1" to PersonnalSales"...Excel always sets it back to "Tabelle 1".
Then I rename the sheet, e.g. to "Test"- and suddenly the value in Table name is set to "PersonnalSales".
When I rename the sheet again, back to "Tabelle1", the value in Table name is also set back to "Tabelle 1"- automatically.
and so on...it's almost impossible to set the right value here.
