I've been doing this because I figured later levels would be harder, which means more enemies and resources. I don't know if this is true, it just seems like a typical game mechanic. But I can definitely swap between all of them and see if that helps.

I noticed the last couple of videos you only go to 5 and 10 maybe if you went from beginning to end the spawn rates would increase.
