Thanks mate, no our technical rescues are actually quiet a bit smaller than this, (as shown in this video: ruclips.net/video/hqJUNmnUUjw/видео.html) only two of the ones featured in this video the state this one being based out of the special operations centre in brisbane and covers a 200km area backing up other rescue units depending on the severity of the call.
Australian Lights & Sirens MU74 is a vehicle that can tow technical rescue/SWR trailers (most commonly) to incidents when required or have a permanent crew during flood events, storm events, etc. MU74 is usually activated to most vertical rescues at the Glasshouse Mountains along with MU82, the reason being i'm pretty sure they both carry remote rescue trained crew, someone else may be able to clarify in the discord. MA6 is the district 6 area commander (kingaroy area), but they were the closest available area commander to attend at this time. they weren't in their usual area, only about a 35-40 minute drive from the incident.
follow up on MU74 they have a 24/7 on call auxiliary remote rescue crew that goes with Lima, but can be used for pretty much anything from transporting ICC equipment or foam to being used as SWR / remote rescue being the stations utility unit.
