Answering to your questions:
1- you can get saudi one year multi entry tourist visa, it will cost you around 470 AED/ person, Saudi don’t entertain for transit/ on arrival visa at border
2- No need of any RTA certificate , Now all the GCC countries online systems are centralized , so no need this certificate anymore.

No need to buy health insurance, only car insurance you need to buy at borders, this process you can complete quickly, but If you are going to saudi first time then it will take 1/2 hour at Saudi border sometimes, in my case they only take 20/30 minutes

In my case, the immigration officer asked me to show the hotel booking from Discover Qatar, if you have already booked the hotel from other platform then you can show them, if they insist on Discover Qatar Booking, So you can do online at that time

No, there is no restriction, I visited last year during the Eid al-Adha holidays as well, but try to leave early to avoid long delays at the border checking, because if you are entering the Saudi border for the first time, then they may take 1 to 2 hours, Have a safe trip

Dear sharukh, Maybe in your case they didn't ask you, but I also traveled during Eid-ul-Adha June-2023, and I have seen at the border that some people are struggling just because they don't have hotel booking from Discover Qatar, Also in my case, the immigration officer just asked me to show your booking from Discover Qatar as well.

We both are Canadian citizens and I am also a UAE resident but my wife is not an UAE resident. She came to the UAE from Canada for one month visit.
I have three questions:
1- Can my wife travel with me to Qatar by car, considering that she doesn't have a UAE resident card?
2- Will Saudi border allow her to enter on her Canadian passport and Saudi E-Visa?
3- We both have Saudi E-Visa and I understand that we both will get a Qatar visa on arrival at Salwa border, right?

1- She can travel to Qatar with Canadian passport from UAE , even she doesn’t have UAE residency
2- 3 with saudi e visa, you both can enter Saudi territory, and you can enter qatar saudi border ( Salwa) as well

In this case you must have some official invitation from your family , btw still i suggest you can try first, but on qatar border if they still asked you for booking, you can do the booking that time

1- they don’t need RTA/any tourism certificate
2- i don’t have much info about haya card, And if you are traveling to your relatives, i suggest you go for visit visa instead of getting on arrival visa, because usually they ask for hotel booking for on arrival visa

Hi, As per the policy, the vehicle should be in your name, but it is better if you can take help from the local authorities.

Hotel booking will foe 2 days from official portal will cost you approximate 120-140 AED
And this on arrival free visa is limited for few days only, if you are willing to take 30 days visa to they charge you AED 100 approximate as its visa fee.
So better you check with your brother, if you can take the visa earlier and once you have visa, then you can go without hotel booking

The total distance is around 1200 km in both side, and in our case we traveled around 400kms inside qatar IN SEDAN , and overall FUEL expanses were around 350 AED
