This was a great compilation of christmas songs and some great accordion players in the Tejano music industry. Jason Villarreal invited me and all these other great accordion players to do this. I felt very honored to do this. Jason is grandson of Paulino Bernal. I play my part at 3:42 into the potpurri of songs. Others that I remember that played were Oscar Solis from Los Unicos, Joe Mora from Los Chachos, myself from Conjunto Bernal and Jason Villarreal. I don't remember the other accordionist because all of us went in different times to record our part at the recordion studion of Jayson's dad. Thanks for sharing this through youtube Monica.
Thank you for responding! I absolutely love this melody! When I was DJing at Bnet Radio, we received the music but no musician list. I made sure I played it at every station I was at and the listeners loved it! Thank you for contributing to it. It’s the least I can do as a DJ to share it to the world!
Who ever stumbles across this mix Remember who's at the CENTER of it ALL yup _Jesus Christ the KING it's NEVER EVER TOO LATE Remember when he was on the cross one of the guys on his side ask for his forgiveness at that moment and he was a criminal and Jesus said " you will be with me in Paradise tomorrow" and that CAN BE YOU TOO! just have faith in Him!! Hey everyone. Glad y'all are enjoying this song.. This was a part of a compilation record of various artists produced by Jay Villarreal in 2009. This track is a melody of different accordion players. The accordion players are as follows: Jingle Bells- Jessie "Chuy" Cavazos - Grupo Zereno Sleigh Ride- Jayson Villarreal - Jayson Y Los Varones Santa Clause Is Coming To Town- Ruben Coe Silver Bells- Herbie Lopez - Conjunto Bernal Little Drummer Boy- Issac Riojas - Bobby Pulido / Jessie Serrata Band Rudolf The Red Nosed Reindeer- Oscar Soliz - Los Unicos / Romance What Child Is This- Joe Mora - Los Chachos God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen- Jayson Villarreal - Jayson Y Los Varones Joy To The World- Rick Fuentes- Ruben Ramos / Rick Fuentes & The Brown Express Angels We Have Heard On High- All Accordionists together!!! The musicians all donated their time to be apart of this recording. All the funds were used to provide meals and toys to needy families in the RGV in Texas for Christmas.
Finally I get an answer to the musicos! When I DJed at BnetRadio, we received the full CD but it didn’t have the musicians listed. I always asked but never got an answer. Thank you for responding!
@monica24013 Just in time for the holiday season! I’ll be playing this as background music as my wife’s family continues the tradition of making tamales on Christmas Day! I’m Filipino so my wife (who is Mexicana) and me have #Mexipino (Mexican Filipino) children! 🇲🇽🇵🇭

Honestly, I don't know. Our staton received it and it was called Amoroso Navidad. I had to get a copy too! ....but when I did more research, I think the accordionist is Paulino Bernal Jr. Yet I can't find it for sale anywhere.

This is exactly how what my parents would be playing as we'd be making tamales and just enjoying ourselves.
What a wonderful memory! Hope you can make more memories with this melody! Thanks for commenting!
