The BMS Of Fighters Ultimate, an event where artists (new or experienced alike) create 2-4 original (/cover, remix, or arrange) songs in the BMS (mainly) format and corresponding BMS or PMS charts to play them to.. These are done in teams. The songs can also be accompanied by BGA, as in this entry (which is very good!). Teams (minimum 2 BMS producers) are formed or recruited on the event site with members having specific roles assigned (BGA/BGI/Music Composer/Arranger/Chart/Assets for BGA/Vocalist/Writer, etc.). They begin working on the entries. After a period of time following, work registration begins, which is when entries are uploaded (in specific format for each asset), and people can download creations from others and play them on a BMS simulator (LR2 or Beatoraja mostly, I think). They then eventually give an evaluation of the entry + an impression short or long (also give a score, 0-1000). After voting period ends winners are selected based on the community voting - also, only those who registered works can vote (impression/aggregation system, I don't know much about this though, but there's a formula on the site's rule section). I might not be 100% right, but that's the general idea, BMS team creator contest.
