Strange what a difference a generation makes. I'm 20 years older than you but the music at that time was death and thrash metal and gangsta rap (2 Live Crew, NWA, Public Enemy, et.al.). I don't know if you were near Orlando when you were 10, but I had a hardcore punk/deathmetal show on WPRK radio out of Winter Park for a while. I still listen to to 80's punk and metal but my wife and girls handle the TS duties. I prefers old New Wave like Devo and the B-52s because to me dancing involves diving off a stage. Taylor doesn't allow that from what I was told.
