Hi Everyone! 🌕✨ Supermoon, harvest moon, and a lunar eclipse all happening tonight and into early tomorrow morning. Let's hope the skies are clear so we can catch a glimpse (be warned though, the awesomeness starts around 01:40am and peaks at 03:44am) So, apparently, fixed signs love to-do lists, thrive off momentum, and aren’t big on change. But here’s the thing-I love change! Just...with lots of planning. Maybe astrology is calling me out on spontaneity😅. The Full Moon Coffee Shop got me thinking about all this, and I love when books spark a bit of introspection. What about you? Let me know in the comments! 📚🌙
As the dark nights draw in, I want some more cosy books and you have been recommending some great ones. This may be a little too quirky for me but I’m willing to give it a go!
There are so many great cosy fiction novels coming out soon. I have two more to share, and two gritty ones. I also want to do the tag - I have so much content inspiration, now I just need to do it 🎥😅
I recently saw this at my local library. 😺 So glad you covered it! You've convinced me to pick it up at some point. Sounds a bit magical and otherworldy, like "Under the Whispering Door" by Klune.
Good question! Also at 16 I visited Cairo and had never seen so many cats absolutely everywhere in the neighbourhood, so what about the Egyptians? 😆. That said, I'm not sure if there's a lot of Turkish cat fiction, I'll have to check if that's a thing.
@@PageTurnersWithKatja I live in Egypt and you are correct about so many street cats. Most Egyptians, not all, are afraid of cats. Sadly there aren't many Humane Societies and the cats live a pretty dismal life here. I'm American but I've lived here twenty-one years and I have always felt sad for them. One ear, one infected eye eating garbage. 😢
That's really sad, poor street cats. Thanks for sharing, I was only there for a week and had a great time. My friend's sister was an English language teacher and stayed for about ten years.
I hope the second try hits right! If not, that’s just the way it goes sometimes. I felt the same with Dallergut - thought it was just okay, even though Waterstones placed it on their top SFF list. I’m still planning to try the sequel, though 🤞

That's great! You have a great library 😍 mine's OK but it doesn't often get the latest translated fiction.
I still need to read my first Klune 😅
The real question is....does Turkey or Japan love cats more??? ;P

I read the first chapter and set it aside. I don’t think I was in the mood.
I’ll definitely be picking it up again, but it wasn’t hitting right.
