A clever architect could use the ample spaces on the upper floors to provide more convenient bathroom access for two of the bedrooms. I had expected that this place would be listed for a higher price!
Such an amazing property! The landscaping has been done so perfectly and everything is very pristine. Love the conservatory and also the rest of the home! It offers so very much. This one will probably go quickly. The price is right, and it is so perfect with the utility room and then kitchen and a pantry hidden a bit inside a door. Offers so much. If one lived in France, they can move much quicker to get all done, and it is much easier in the long run, to buy a home, so it seems? This one seems to be kept quite private, as well. Love this home the outside and inside has ben taken care of so well! Much thought put into the set up.

Just a thought, but since many of the properties are not new, it would be nice if we could have an estimated age or build date and when the electric and plumbing were last updated. Even if you just included this info on the website listing. You could have a nice looking property that still hadn’t had the electrics or plumbing updated in the last 50 years (though hard to believe, that’s just the 1970’s). 😃

Some houses in Normandy dates back to 12th century. At least the base of the house. Hard to tell really.
That's not unusual in France, particularly away from Paris and the larger towns.
I like it. But i think it needssome refurbishing in the bsthrooms and kitchen.
