Not sure if the video is edited but you should change out your rig after multiple casts. Especially if you’re fishing the jetty because of the abrasion. The last fish was definitely a good one.
@@XxfisheykillaXx Yup pretty much. The most important bead is the one that is below the weight which prevents the line from chafing. I recommend a soft plastic bead so it doesn't break from the impact of the sinker.

Completely agree, should of changed it but I sometimes get a bit lazy after being out there for a while.
@@yeezlife 100% I am guilty of the same mistake.
Hahaha that ending
I'm still confused on that one lol
did they dredged that shoal out of there yet?
I’m pretty sure they are dredging indefinitely unless the ocean stops oceaning
What rig do you have tied on ?
This is a sliding egg sinker rig
Is it just a egg sinker and a bead with a hook

@@yeezlife thanks man ! Appreciate it
Mark ur rod,no messing with tape on the jacks
Great idea, thanks for the tip!
This rig is not very good for big tog, I lost a jumbo this morning, same rig with longer leader
This rig does wear out the leader much faster than other bottom fishing rigs so it requires more maintenance overall which is not for everyone.
