Irony is failure is so important to success. Creation of luck also holds the key. What you do with the talent and also identifying inherent talent can be a life changing moment for oneself.

Hardworking makes it better than anything else....he also mentioned about degree's from top institutes makes first or 2nd step for only your attitude makes you to go long way... highly inspiring stuff......hope to see more
