Good question! This is a 2nd generation train (that's how train types are numbered in Athens Metro) built by Mitsubishi and Hyundai. It was built between 2003 and 2004. It is the only train in Athens Metro that can run on both third rail and catenary. You may also know this train as the K train in Hong Kong MTR. I'm glad you liked the part where the train exits the siding!
Actually there is a plan for a metro line starting in the western suburbs of Athens, heading towards the city centre and then ending at Neo Faliro. No one really knows when it opens tho

Sorry for the crappy quality lol, when I filmed this, it looked way more smooth. In fact, it was 1080p quality. It is probably a rendering issue.
