My body is the strongest it has been since i was in high school and before kids-thank you for all of your amazing workouts and your spirit and your dedication to all of us here on your channel ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Max pulse all the way, such a good workout after an hour strength yesterday. I love this combo ❤ Ty Chris! I have lost 11 lbs since the spring, I’m seeing much more muscle definition and my blood sugar is pearls on a string (type 1 diabetic), You help make my life better every day and you are the first trainer EVER who’s got me hooked on yoga. I’m a journalist and known for not having any patience and time to stand still but you have inspired me more than any trainer. My body loves the added stretching. ❤❤❤
As always, this was such a great workout! Thank you for always doing something fun and interesting and different. You make me want to work out! Your laugh is absolutely infectious! Every time you ask a question like can you do one more or did you get that or can we take it from the top, I always find myself answering you out loud like you can actually hear me. Then I have to stop and laugh at myself. Seems like you’re right in my house with me!

I did a couple of these step-weight hybrid workouts this week and man did it get my heart rate up and the sweat was pouring! Had to pause a couple times to catch my breath but I made it!

I'd worked late and felt like I deserved a slump on the sofa with a glass of something relaxing but instead I did this and, oh boy, I'm so glad I did. Mind and body thanked me, my balance is getting so much more consistently stronger and I know Im going to sleep well. Thank you for these totally brilliant workouts.

First HIIT ever. If it was too much I would pause catch my breath and rewind to where I stopped. With modifications I made it through (did hip thrusts separately then tricep kickbacks so I wouldn’t miss either muscle). Was soaked through at the end…I LOVED ❤ this class and would totally do it again! Thanks Chris!!!
I did this one today. I was lazy yesterday and didn’t workout. I think this more than made up for it! 😂 it was so challenging but I needed it! Thank you Chris!❤🎉
