Nice! It’s always nice to find some out in the field because it’s expensive to buy it. I have been making tea with it off and on since 2015, good video.
@@caseyoingo6440 yes not cheap for sure! I often look beside rivers and creeks, seems to be abundant👍have been drinking it for roughly the same time. My supervisor from work told me about it, and I was very intrigued to find out all i could about it 🙂

A lot of this grows in a Birch outside my door in the park here in Uppsala, Sweden. People have taken some pieces, i guess its the local medicine tree.
Just watched a video about Chaga , it’s saying it’s also good for people who have Crohn’s disease, My daughter just got diagnosed with Crohn’s, There’s no cure for that and this is the first time I’ve heard someone actually say it helps with gut health
@@mdmelbourne6076 it has many benefits, my brother in laws dad bumped his white blood cells up like crazy with chaga. It has similar properties as our skin🤷♂️ I think its 36% the same as our dna, people with lung cancer apparently smoke it, as I have read
@ very interesting, it doesn’t grow here in Australia but in Canada it’s abundant, it’s the cold weather that it flourishes in, plus we don’t have Burch trees
@ probably but i can’t see what species of plant it would in danger, definitely not out Eucalyptus trees, we don’t have many native species that I can think of, nothing like the Burch tree
