    OMG I think you just saved me a big headache! I don't have a pipe and drape kit so I'm hoping to get a similar effect with the backdrop stand (I may have to rig it slight different if the top of my pole doesn't leave much room past the cross bar) but if I can reduce the appears of the pole and the feet I'm happy!

    What is the item used to keep it together? I know you mentioned not to use a zip tie, but I didn’t understand what was used.
