      MON: FAST ALL DAY!
TUES. Break with ONE low/no carb meal in only a 30 MINUTE WINDOW!
      WED: FAST ALL DAY!
THUR. Break with ONE low/no carb meal in only a 30 minute window!

SAT. Break with ONE low/no carb meal in 30 minute window!
🎉Notice you're only eating THREE MEALS PER WEEK by doing this schedule🎉 Saves time in the kitchen, and keeps money in your wallet!😃
Continue with this schedule until you reach goal. 😃 Once you reach goal, Monitor your weight weekly, and if you start creeping back up on the scale, do the fasting schedule again until you've lost back down to your goal weight; giving yourself a FIVE pound window. REPEAT FOR MAINTENANCE.

I have been doing intermittent fasting 18-6 and lost 20#. I kicked it up a notch and am now doing every other day fasting, and just lost another 10# in three weeks. I love it -- it's easy to do, especially if you have been doing 18 hours of no food for a period of time. I do have electrolytes on my fasting days (40 hours) to ensure that I don't get a headache etc. I'm looking forward to seeing how much more I can lose, while feeling good. I'm mostly doing this for autophagy benefits. Also, I walk about 5-8 km per day. Love fasting! It's changed my life.

You were one of my inspirations so thank you. I started on April 14th and have lost 10 lbs. 156 to 146. I feel fantastic but the best part is the way my body just naturally wanted to cut out sugar, fructose specifically. My palette changed and I rarely have a craving for sweets. My mind is trained to eat after 5pm most days with a three to four hour window to eat. Thank you for having posted your journey because it’s helped me immensely! I wanted to add one more thing...I used a journal (pen and paper) to keep track of my caloric intake. Those of you thinking of doing this, write down what you eat in a typical day - it will make you think twice about eating that second piece of cake. There’s something about pen and paper that really holds you accountable, too. My dang journal stares me down until I write in it EVERY little thing I have eaten that day, and I haven’t missed an entry yet. Give it a try. One more benefit, no exercising is required, it’s suggested but not required. Good luck!

GO BABY, GO BABY, GO BABY GOOOOO!!!!! Following the same schedule and LOVING how intermittent fasting works! Hats off to you and you Dad! Keep going! I know I'm gonna. My 1st goal is 38 lbs. I've gotten rid of 10 the first week in. My Mom always said she liked to say she 'got rid of' her fat because if you say you 'lost' it, you could find it again. 😄😄

I started alternet day FASTING for the month of May. I fasted on Wednesday and wasn't hungry on Thursday and skipped lunch but ate dinner. Fasting again today.

Be careful when dry fasting. I do no more than 2 days. I also try to stay put and relax for the most part. I have a tendency to get UTIs when I dry fast. The doctor said its because my body is literally burning off old cells that contain garbage and toxins that get filtered through the bladder. The body is truly an amazing machine that we absolutely have to care for or suffer the consequences.

Jess, LOVE your channel and your dad:) I started 4/30/20 at 211.5 pounds. This morning 5/9/20 I am at 199.5, a loss of 12 pounds in 9 days! I have done intermittent fasting on the 16-8 schedule. I did start putting 1 scoop of vanilla MCT oil powder (Perfect Keto) in a large cup of tea every morning and honestly NO hunger pangs at all. I'm working from home and the last 3 days I didn't even eat until 2 or 3pm making my IF really 18-6. I know purists will say I am breaking my fast with the MCT tea, but it's working for me so I'm sticking with it. YOU have been a huge inspiration to me and I cannot begin to convey my gratitude for the help you are on my journey. Thank you so much and keeping being you!

Love you and your mom and dad! I started OMAD (already fat adapted and have been doing IF for awhile now) a few days ago and plan to do it all through May. Basically fast for 23 hours and eat one meal between 4-5pm. The rest just water, etc. My other goal is to loose approx. 2 ounces a day which is about 1.5 pounds a week which I have already been doing except for the last 2 weeks. I've not be good so time to get going again. Usually I loose an avg. of 7 pounds per month. I've gone from 213 to 151 and I'm going to try to get to 115-120 by the end of the year. You are such an inspiration!

May Goal = 10 beautiful pounds. I've been lax for almost a year, taking it easy and maintaining. My head is back in the right place and I feel I'm able to get back in the game and rid myself of these last 40 lbs. Congrats!!! And thanks for another great pep talk 🤸‍♂️

Started December 5, 2020 from 192lbs on keto and was 183.5 in 4 days only on keto. Then I started fasting at 2pm 12/09/20 and did for couple days. 12/12/20 I was 179 lbs and ate at 11am.
Still keto but after fasting weight going down slowly. All together, now I’ve lost 13lbs in a week and now I can try ADF combined with keto.
After I’ll lose another 15-20lbs, I’ll include the gym - weight lifting because the diet will be oriented on building muscles

The mental aspect of doing a long fast is what gets me. Every video I watch I’m all motivated to try it. Then I give in and eat something. Still fasting 18-30 hrs at a time but man....those hours after 18 hrs really gets me most days 😑

I agree with you, ADF makes a difference on your portion size. I eat much less since doing ADF. I also do OMAD on my eating days. I’ve been on OMAD (with cheat months) for 8 months. Decided in December 2020 on the 20th to start ADF. It’s been very easy to do. After 1st month I noticed portion size changes and cravings. I’m not on Keto, but stick with low glycemic index carbs. I eat more fats ( but not clean Keto fats). I’m 64 years old. I have great energy and lost 8.8lbs my first month on ADF. It’s very easy for me to maintain

I'm with you this month! I got Zero a couple weeks ago, started ADF on April 27 and so far... already down 6.2 lbs! It really does get easier the second week - the first week was tough on fast days but now on eat days I feel like my stomach has shrunk, so even if I wanted to eat more, I couldn't! I love the family effort on this :)
