Back in 2018 my dad and I were at the FLIBS and we were looking at the Jarrett Bay that was on display there. I can’t remember the size, but it was the light blue hull, and I believe it was the owners boat. One of the reps called out to my father and I and invited us to board. Clearly we did not have the means nor do we look like we did. But the rep was very gracious, and we explored every inch of the boat, including the meticulous engine room. Because of their hospitality if I ever get the means I am going straight to Jarrett Bay to get my first sport fisherman.
I love this man he pulled off saying flex without sounding corny.

@@MIAthe305 Hi Joseph, very good question! I think it's just down to differences in culture. Europeans tend to see a yacht as a luxury item that should be used for vacations and only close friends and family should be allowed on board. In the US I see a different approach, Yachts are seen as something to have fun on, parties, fishing...they have a less snobbish outlook!
@@Yachtsforsaleblog yah definitely a different cultural approach to the yachting world. Here in Miami I definitely see some ‘snobby’ yacht owners so I understand that. What I LOVE about these mega awesome Sportfishers are the way they blend the luxury aspect of yachting (pulling up to a resort in the Bahamas and enjoying the boat on long weekend and vacations with the family) and their capability to have a hardcore fishing weekend with the lads (and even some hardcore fishing wives...some that can outfish me even in my best day 🤪) where you run out to some of the most remote area of the world with amazing scenery but also some world class fishing opportunities to enjoy all the nature has to offer, and who knows maybe break a world record of just make lifelong memories with loved ones

Yeah bro. Never give up on your dreams regardless of how unobtainable it May sound. Like me I saved up for years working extra hours saving and investing my money and guess what! I saved up 200 dollars and bought the remote control version on a broward yacht🙂. I love it my friends called me crazy but who’s cruising around an rc yacht drinking a beer smoking a joint sailing the seas while they’re working😎

I can't think of enough words to to describe the superiority of this floating masterpiece. I probably would care less if I caught anything or not while fishing on this boat. With looks like that, I'm sure it draws as many fish as it does fishermen!

I like this boat, but I drive boats by myself. Can I put a camera system a control system so I can maneuver and park the boat myself without a crew? That’s what I would need on something like this.
It will be impressive to see the future of boating once EV tech really takes the next step. Imagine once boats have Tesla type performance.
Seriously doubt that boats are not very efficient maybe a hybrid solution with electric motors driving the propulsion but would still need a generator

I just got done delivering a Hatteras GT70 from Cabo to San Diego for the summer, and the fact that this thing can make a VERY high end Hatteras look cheap says something about JB's quality. Hatteras is probably my favorite company ONLY because of the GT line, but JB is an extremely close 2nd.
