freaking love tapers, its true. crank your supressor down and good luck you will need to get a tool to get it off. No more rockset or washers using a taper. Having found this all my rifles are now tapered becasue of it. I've been converted when the badger came to my arsenal.
Not sure if it's been done, but with "flow through" cans becoming more popular, that'd be a good YQ to do about why Q will or won't be doing a flow through/vented can
Uhm Flowthrough cans are TRASH. Did you see the RC3? It's heavier than the RC2, it's 3d printed, it's louder than the RC2, and it shoots fireballs at night.. all for $1800.00. Fuck flowthrough cans.
@user-og3jh3lm5k there's more out there than just the shitty RC3 lol. How many flow through cans have you ran? How many have you compared with quality data that matters? To me, it sounds like you saw a bunch of negative press about the RC3 and have never actually trialed and tested a variety of different suppressors on the market yourself.
People who don't own the cans saying how much they suck lmao RC3 is flashy as shit with the brake but much better with the flash hiders like they recommend. I don't have surefire cans but I have all the Hux cans and they are the shit for all semi guns. Traditional cans have their place too. Everything is a trade off.
Sorry for NOT being up to date… How do you TIME a muzzle device, say a three pronged flash hider, on a tapered barrel? Are there any three pronged devices that offer tapered mount?

I used to like tri-lug for larping purposes until I started using adapters on barrels with left-hand threads. Taper works 👌
