    I really agree with the horizontal power. A lot triple extension exercises are done vertically when even at top speed triple extension is used to produce horizontal forces. Otherwise we'd have no backside mechanics and literally just a walk down the track like robots

    Yo jumari what are some cues for front side mechanics and punching the ground my legs kinda just land down when I sprint there isn’t really much feeling of really hitting the ground hard.

    Yo bro, what would you say is more beneficial for sprinting as a whole. Trapbar deadlifts or hang cleans? I wanna know what an expert thinks about this

    Hey - love the videos, you should have way more subscribers. Please could you do a video on breathing techniques in the future (I can’t find one if you already have). Generally I use the valseva technique while accelerating and then breath, but have no idea if this is right and understand some top end sprinters run on a single breath, whereas others talk about being relaxed as possible. Thanks again.

    I am 5'9 and there is a guy 6'2-6'3 when we do 100 m sprint so in first 30-40m i am little ahead but after that he crosses me easily. What to do ?

    So basically can we just train everything all year but make more emphasis in force in the offseason then in power and finally in competitive track season just do more emphasis on velocity work?

      It’s hard to say I feel like it should always be a mix with specific focuses deleting on the athlete

    Great videos! 👍 would you think it fine for kids age 8-9 to train with these types exercises for speed and acceleration training? Does it hurt their long term growth, impact their knees, tendons, ankles, or does it help strengthen?

      Definitely not dangerous to get them out and sprinting and jumping! Maybe they don’t need the advanced sled work, but banded sprints would work well , not too heavy

      @@CadeCarnett independently worked with 10+ college athletes in a few sports including track and soccer, and pro as well. Certifications I have a few but none of them were very helpful or really mean a anything

      because most of their force will be from the efficiency of their SSC & driving force too much will ruin their strength. weakness are great to train but pushing your weakness too far isn't always good, should always push your strengths to the moon

    When programming the 3 categories across 8 months, should i take the first 3 months and only focus on force, next 3 months power, and last 2 moths velocity. Or should i program the three into each month like one week have monday be force, wednesday be power and friday be velocity?

      You can do either, usually it’s a mix with a theme towards one
