I stumbled upon your channel am floored by the beautiful oriental theme. I make custom drapes and soft furnishings and am drooling over the fabrics and swag valances. So pretty.
Generally, I am not envious of what other people have, but You, Jeffrey, have made me envious of many of your things, specifically your collection of Lusters. Exquisite! I must have seen some years ago when I took part in some very high end antique shows. I don't remember, and never bought any. I did, however, purchase a large number of crystal dresser jars with sterling lids, and I love those.

Jeffrey K: question: in the first room you featured, I think you called it the den, there is a large screen TV. I didnt, however, notice any comfy chairs in which to sit while watching. Perhaps you're like me, and don't watch TV? But, if you do, wherever do you sit and relax?
😂💙The two black leather chairs in the center of the room are quite comfortable (I don’t believe in recliners )🤣 thats where we sit to watch TV I do put the pillows away in the closet 😉
💐💙Thanks It was built in 1930 by Dr Cole he was a dentist His daughter lived in the house till her death She never married or had children She was a lady who lunched Very rich but very stingy the house was unchanged from the time it was built That was both good and bad The upstairs had it original wallpaper although in bad condition I’m only the 2nd owner Unusual for a house of this age

It’s 4,000 sq ft 2,000 downstairs and 2,000 upstairs My tour was just the downstairs The house is acutely a Craftsman style house built in 1930 but I have decorated far more opulently than it would have been originally I purchased it for the inside layout more than its Craftsman exterior People are often taken aback when they see the inside The house has no foray (they were not in vogue at the time it was build) so the house hit you full force when you come through the front door I’ve had many guest heads spin around when first coming in 😂
