but at least there were a lot of what could be considered resolutions... imagine it was cancelled BEFORE THEY CONFESSED. this could still be considered a mostly happy ending, Anne and Gilbert know how they feel and Anne knows a little something about her family as she starts her life at college. so .... i woulda liked more but i am SO HAPPY it didnt end with them still misunderstanding the situation could you IMAGINE

SPOILER'S from the book: 👇👇 Before they both go separate ways (college) Gilbert proposed to Anne but she sadly denies is offer. After a year or so later Anne founds out Gilbert is really sick and goes visit him and realize she has feelings for him. Luckily he recover and he was off for medical school, but before he can go back he ask Anne to marry him again and she accepts! They both get marry in Green Gables and move to their new home where Anne calls it "The House of Dreams" they meet a few people and become good freinds with them especially a captain. Anne then finds out she is pregnant, she and Gilbert are so happy to become parents and Anne vows to be a good mother, Marilla comes to their home to take care of Anne before her due date. Anne then gives birth to a baby girl and names her Joyce (Joy for short) but sadly Anne and Gilbert baby girl died shortly after both of them become depressed and Anne will never be the same. Some time later Anne gets pregnant again and she is worry the baby might died like what happen to Joyce but luckily their baby survived and it was a boy. Anne, Gilbert and their son moved to a different place and decided to raise their family there. Anne and Gilbert had 5 other children in total they had 7 (including Joyce) and they both are still together and love each other very much ❤

I literally watched the show just because of Anne and Gilbert, I saw a gif of them and I thought they looked so cuuuute, and now I love them. Btw, the edit is amazing
I love them together. They have amazing chemistry especially for actors so young. I also love how there are moments when Gilbert looks at her and you know he has fallen for her even if he hasn't admitted it which is how it should be. In the books Gilbert is in love with Anne way before she realises her own feelings for him. But it's interesting how the show is making it so that gradually more and more people around them are seeing if Diana, Bash, Cole I think Marilla as well. So if next season is them finishing school it should go into Anne of Avonlea by season 4 with season 5 morphing into Anne's House of Dreams. Although they have changed quite a bit from the books anyway so who knows. I'm hoping next season it shifts Anne's perspective from wanting to be a teacher to a writer and by the end of the season Gilbert will defiantly know he has feelings for her.
In the end I could tell she held back from hugging him when he said he was staying. It was so cute when she said ‘remains to be seen’ because I could see that Gilbert has hope for them
Anne was a child who was woke in a era and society with so much restrictions on females and cultures. She displayed fairness at a young age and broke through so many stereotypes which was very common in that era and I absolutely loved it. Gilbert however was such a sweet guy who didnt only notice Anne because her cuteness but I believe her boldness and bravery to make things change is what made him really fall in love with her. wish I was able to witness the life they had as a couple (cause lets be honest it took 3 freaken seasons and 2 bloody unread letters for them to finally confess) but I guess these edits will do for now until im off obsessing over another ship lol great video! saves me from skipping episodes just to see these two together.
I just finished the series on Netflix and the whole time, even if one sentence was said between them, I would pause it and be like “OH MY GOD THEYRE SO CUTE” I’m still shaking I’m watching the video rn and I’ve already done it a million times 💀😂
What I want to see of Gilbert and Anne in the 3rd season is emotional scenes and physical interaction. Like for emotional scenes for example, I want them to spend time with each other (not just in school ) scenes or things they can banter with and become better friends and have things in common physical interaction, like we WANT a hug from them before considering a first kiss, it'll be cute if they have like a accidental hand touch or just a sweet hug. I just love them so much, amazing chemistry and just SO CUTE
I hope that in s3 they’ll show us more of their beautiful relationship 😍😍 (I know this hasn’t been confirmed yet, but for me It’s obvious that there will be next season 😂😅)
It would be so good if there was a season three. This is so underrated I think people think it’s a childish show becuase it’s only a PG but it’s so well made. It’s so annoying that Netflix keeps cancelling shows and setting deadlines for the amount of views they want to get. I freaking loved this anyway it was so amazing !

Before they both go separate ways (college) Gilbert proposed to Anne but she sadly denies is offer. After a year or so later Anne founds out Gilbert is really sick and goes visit him and realize she has feelings for him. Luckily he recover and he was off for medical school, but before he can go back he ask Anne to marry him again and she accepts! They both get marry in Green Gables and move to their new home where Anne calls it "The House of Dreams" they meet a few people and become good freinds with them especially a captain. Anne then finds out she is pregnant, she and Gilbert are so happy to become parents and Anne vows to be a good mother, Marilla comes to their home to take care of Anne before her due date. Anne then gives birth to a baby girl and names her Joyce (Joy for short) but sadly Anne and Gilbert baby girl died shortly after both of them become depressed and Anne will never be the same. Some time later Anne gets pregnant again and she is worry the baby might died like what happen to Joyce but luckily their baby survived and it was a boy. Anne, Gilbert and their son moved to a different place and decided to raise their family there. Anne and Gilbert had 5 other children in total they had 7 (including Joyce) and they both are still together and love each other very much ❤

I love them together. They have amazing chemistry especially for actors so young. I also love how there are moments when Gilbert looks at her and you know he has fallen for her even if he hasn't admitted it which is how it should be. In the books Gilbert is in love with Anne way before she realises her own feelings for him. But it's interesting how the show is making it so that gradually more and more people around them are seeing if Diana, Bash, Cole I think Marilla as well. So if next season is them finishing school it should go into Anne of Avonlea by season 4 with season 5 morphing into Anne's House of Dreams. Although they have changed quite a bit from the books anyway so who knows.
I'm hoping next season it shifts Anne's perspective from wanting to be a teacher to a writer and by the end of the season Gilbert will defiantly know he has feelings for her.
But Anne will become a teacher. I want more romance between them in s3,I mean Anne and Gilbert of course

Anne was a child who was woke in a era and society with so much restrictions on females and cultures. She displayed fairness at a young age and broke through so many stereotypes which was very common in that era and I absolutely loved it. Gilbert however was such a sweet guy who didnt only notice Anne because her cuteness but I believe her boldness and bravery to make things change is what made him really fall in love with her. wish I was able to witness the life they had as a couple (cause lets be honest it took 3 freaken seasons and 2 bloody unread letters for them to finally confess) but I guess these edits will do for now until im off obsessing over another ship lol great video! saves me from skipping episodes just to see these two together.
I personally think that someone should start a global petition to bring back the show and give us at least seasons for 4-5

What I want to see of Gilbert and Anne in the 3rd season is emotional scenes and physical interaction.
Like for emotional scenes for example, I want them to spend time with each other (not just in school ) scenes or things they can banter with and become better friends and have things in common
physical interaction, like we WANT a hug from them before considering a first kiss, it'll be cute if they have like a accidental hand touch or just a sweet hug.

It would be so good if there was a season three. This is so underrated I think people think it’s a childish show becuase it’s only a PG but it’s so well made. It’s so annoying that Netflix keeps cancelling shows and setting deadlines for the amount of views they want to get. I freaking loved this anyway it was so amazing !
