This circuit makes use the breakdown voltage between the collector and emitter without the need for base trigger. When the capacitor charge reaches a certain voltage level, the transistor will close the circuit and the led will turn on and discharging the capacitor. The cycle repeats.
You mean that the emitter can't pass voltage in range like 5 volts can't get through the emitter but 12 volt can break through it and when volt drop from getting through the led transistor close again then open when capacitor charge

The circuit is called "Esaki Oscillator", Esaki won a novel prize for that. Its the reverse bias voltage of the transistor that causes it to blink, the base is useless.

Yes but it Will blinking slower And sometimes it not working i made it with one full charge 9v batterry And one 9v not fully charge 5v batterry it gives 14v it works fine 😂😂⚡

The capacitor is charged until it reaches the reverse voltage limit, when the capacitor is discharged, the voltage is not more sufficient to "breakdown" the transistor in reverse, then the current goes to capacitor to fill it up again, repeating the cycle.
Without base forward bias what is the use of a transistor in this circuit?..how current plws thru LED
The open circuit on the base adds noise to the transistor gate, making the led to flicker.
you can change capiictor for low and high blinking.

It's called an Esaki oscillator. And you can do this with a diode.
