Thank you! Excellent video! I'm still afraid to try it, but I will. I just remembered I have a very old tablet with a cracked screen and think I will use it for practice taking off it's screen. I will def be watching your videos! I was going to try and find an American narrator as I sometimes have a hard time understanding what is said when anyone speaks with an accent, but I had no problem with your speech! Thank you again! 😊
Extremely helpful! I was so worried about doing this repair and put it off for over 2 months. the video is about 10 minutes long and the total repair took me (a first timer) about 40 minutes. Thank you!!
Very great detailed video! My daughter just got her tablet LCD damaged ( lcd ink spread in screen ) by her mother, accidently 😂 ill change it my self using your step-by-step video.
Thank you for your tutorial brother very helpful. I asked our local how much will be the repair said it will cost me 6000 philippine peso about $105 good thing I can DIY using lcd bought online and your help. ❤
Great video - Question: I'm looking at replacement screens on Amazon and now see that there are 2 options, a clear touch screen or a complete LCD with touchscreen. It looks like you replaced the LCD in this video. If the glass is broken, can I replace just the touch-glass the same way you did this repplacement?
Yes...and No. From the looks of things, the clear screen is glued to the lcd in some way, and appears to be really iffy as regards to separating the two, especially if the glass has more than a single crack. The price makes it tempting, but I'm guessing you will wind up replacing the whole assembly anyway. Easy as it is replace the whole assembly. I've even managed to screw it up twice. Believe him when he says test before making final install. I'm not sure what I did, but I now have three screen assemblies, on broken and two black.
Hello, do you mind give me some advice. I replaced the screen for my tablet. I checked if worked fine by connecting the flex connector to the new screen, I worked fine. When I glued the screen on the tablet and turned it on it didn't worked. It does turn on I can hear the sound of the notifications and when I plug in the charger. Do you have any idea what could have gone wrong. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
I presume this is replacement screen that contains the LCD? And to replace just the glass is not so simple? Just trying to make sure I purchase the right replacement screen to be able to carry out the repair myself
Thanks for this video. I try to fix it but when i opened the tablet, i broke the connector lace that connect the lcd screen...so i just bought one ...i'm waiting for it.
Thanks homie! Saved me alot of money. Fixed my tablet easily. You're the man.

Yes Sr, you need to purchase the complete screen assembly
Thanks so much for your instruction! Mission complete and a shock absorbing protector now applied 🤞 the kids don’t smash it again!!
Thanks.
Combo price
It was really easy to install but now my tablet won't turn on. It was working fine before I changed the screen. What could be wrong now?
Did you reconnect the battery?
I have the same problem! After installing the new screen it no longer turns on. And I did the whole process meticulously
Make sure the cable is connected properly and laid flat on the back of the screen
Thanks for this video. I try to fix it but when i opened the tablet, i broke the connector lace that connect the lcd screen...so i just bought one ...i'm waiting for it.
Why the corner is really bad?
From dropping, the tablet corners get damage most the time
I dont have warming machine. Can heat up in my Owen?
Noo
@JoseMoralestech why. I just did it and it worked.
