@DJI Support : I was very disappointed that my item was DJI Mini 2, after we submitted a claim and the goods were sent to the drone house, instead, the drone house was not working with the central DJI anymore. finally my item has no news for almost 3 months. There was no notification from TAM either. please help me I'm disappointed. if you know the claim is complicated, good, I'll just fix it.

saya punya drone dengan masalah yang sama dengan diatas...bagaimana cara klaimnya...sekarng drone sdh rusak...akibat gps tiba2 hilang dan tidak bisa dikendalikan
Sama persis om drone mini 2 sy jg bermasalah pd aircraftnya sy claim kira2 1 bulan bru turun drone barunya sampai skrang jg blm bsa turun dr unit barunya
Sya jg gak beli di rumah drone kak. Sya bli di shopee dji_official Garansinya Resmi TAM dri pihak TAM sya di arahkan ke rumah drone. Gak tau knpa TAM bgtu. Artinya slagi garansi resmi TAM ikutin aja arahan dari TAM, krna yg trcantum di kertu garansi adlah TAM
