For video recording, I use the AMD recorder, which is in the graphics card driver itself. I don't use an external recorder. I use MSI Afterburner to display component load.

@@andresuribe8929 I don't trust anyone until I test and try it myself. We live in a world of LIARS. I usually shoot in 1440p resolution and I set the video bit rate to 60 Mb/s. By increasing the bit rate, you get even better video quality, but you also increase the size of the video file itself in GB. It all depends on what you want to record and in what quality.
