@@AniMayhem_ Originally, the Director Sam Raimi thought it would make more sense if the bite from the genetic altered spider would also grant you the ability to produce organic webbing logically. The main reason is that while Peter in the comics is absurdly smart, and he just made his webshooters even inventing his web fluid formula, it wouldn't add up in the movie how Peter could simply afford the materials seeing his family was financially struggling, not that Raimi wanting to diminish his intelligence.
If you want to see some backstory on Uncle Aaron, look at the poster behind his punching bag when Miles first goes to his apartment. There is a poster of Aaron in an MMA ring.
Yikes, that guy straight-up spoiled the most significant wtf moment for the second movie. You guys should try to stop him from spoiling the movie for the guys who haven't watched the movie to keep a healthy distribution of reactors who have watched and haven't watched it. I have come across people who just babble the entire storyline in order to share a sentence ending with " This is why I like the scene more than x one". Hence I generally avoid any conversation for a show I am about to watch. I usually ask just info like the genre and release date, basic stuff to avoid leading the conversation there. I'm a bit disappointed that the ending won't be as impactful for the second movie now cause that's one of the best parts in reaction I look forward to, people saying, " C'mon ya'all can't leave us hanging at this moment".
Originally in the comic Peter never had organic webbing, he always had web shooters…. The movie with Tobey Maguire invited that…
Ahh interesting... wonder why they made that up for the Maguire movies
