- In this video, I have discussed Gen Z's Problem of Mental Slowness. Studies have revealed that Excessive exposure to technology through smartphones and screens has affected the human brain and its cognitive ability to retain information for longer periods. I have also explained the issue of job fitness which persists with Gen Z as most employers find it difficult to work with them. There are many other problems regarding mental health, loneliness, patience and efficiency which hinders the individual growth of this generation. Am 1997 born and i totally agree with u. We r the first generation to witness internet acessable to everyone, technology has increased comfort so much in just 25 years. And now everyone is addict to food, smartphone , porn , games. And everyone is thinking its normal. Infact i am getting suicide thougts some times after covid lockdown. My mentality is completely changed after lock down. Dwmotivated, lost imterest in everything

Im 19 now,My age ppls support gender equality, LGBTQ, Accepts other religions and don't believe in god.The main problem is no one come to meet in offline and play sports or do other activities.Just they do gossiping in online and says anything even bad words too,I haven't got any friend who is aware of himself 😅. Everyone jusy use Phones even in conversation time also.I am grateful that my parents give me mobiles after complition of my 12th (at the age of 18). Signing off 📴🤞🏻

I agree with what you say about being a teacher to this generation. The impatience and overreaction to shuttle things is very hard to manage. They behave very disrespectfully towards the teacher and think this is cool. The perseverance for seeking knowledge is gone. The internate is a power if you use it correctly, but those idiot influencers with mostly incorrect information causing more harm.. students think since they "appear" more cool, the information must be correct and we teachers are wrong.
The most harmful are the religious gurus.. with superstitious thoughts which they present as scientific facts.
The only solution for large population : government should show ads on tv and pros and cons of using device for childrens

No it’s not Genz or any gen. It’s the system that has been created is weak. There is no strict labour law , no hike in wages as per inflation. If you need to earn good money then either you need to be a IT person or professional course like CA,CS , doctor or pass out from IITs or IIMs etc etc. but if you go to western world even though they don’t go to schools or don’t do high end skilled jobs still they earn really good money. Why is that ? Coz the government of those country (USA, Canada , EU, Australia) has pre built the system very well. This strong system helps them to keep free medical , free school, benefits like employment benefits if in case you loose jobs ,pension after 60s etc etc so don’t blame ourselves or generations. In fact this same generation if they go out of the country and why they become successful? Coz India has many problems high corruption,reservation, poverty , greedy people & politicians , no proper work ethics , rather only focuses on cheap labour , while Indians are well known for having bad reputation for being cheap. We may think cheap is good but high standard people see this as vulgar etc so Indians who are successful outside of the country even just doing even a cab driver work but can’t be successful even having degrees and experience.

Completely agree with you bro. But it's also true that genz is the dumbest generation. Most of my classmates are unable to pass even simple bcom papers and I am here trying to clear CA exams
I understand my RM isn't happy managing us but same time among us we also realised that the corporate companies and the education system just exploited us. So personally I gave up on worrying about job after work hours and focussing on my skills which has to be done by the colleges. Final ham ko ye sunne ko miltahai ki we are not serious, committed, dedicated.

Belief of any kind whether god is real or no god will eventually collapse anyways. Believers of god or any particular ideology definitely might have some discipline and might even fit perfectly into the structure of society but its like a pressure cooker and will eventually explode in different ways and that will not be very fitting for current society.

I am genz, and i have many friends who own startup and they are making lakhs at tha age of 20 along with me.
You guys just think that genz are waste, but we are better than other generations in technology.
