$1700 for a one bedroom in West LA? Is that normal or due to the pandemic? Bc when I apartment hunt, I only see studios in bad neighborhoods for that price. I must be searching wrong.

westsiderentals.com and zillow.com are the only two sites I use for apartment hunting! I used to only use Westside Rentals but Zillow was helpful cause it has keyword search if you're looking for something in particular. And congrats on your future move to LA! 😊
I don't have these addresses anymore, but check out Westside Rentals and Zillow and change the maximum price to $1700 and you'll find all the apartments in your price range!
Hardwood floors, W&D in unit, updated appliances, the front doors aren’t facing the outside (indoor doors like a hotel not a motel), and assigned parking. Where can I find these things?
The dated kitchen was actually my fav thing about the apartment! The wood color is beautiful and with some decor and plants it would look even better :)
