I have tried lots of your sessions, but this is my go to workout. It's so easy to modify by adding to the length of the combos or doing more of the squat sets at the end. Thanks for so much brilliant free content; the best workouts on RUclips by far!

it’s my third day in a row being at your chanel doing a 20 or 15 heavy bag workout going to cry i. tears of pain and happiness as i had fun but i’m laying in my mat hearing my heart beat through my ears truly think i enjoy torturing myslef for fun.

I think this work out is pretty great when you're shadow boxing while holding some light weight dumbbells (put them down during the light sections). Especially the part where you squat and then go all like "oraoraoraoraora" really makes your shoulders and arms burn when doing that.

Dig in !!!!hahaha luv it ..2hrs or more I do..like to ,flip switch n stay n death mode n then end up wth elbow pain now I can't hiit ....over doing it..wth hulikning full force ... can kick full forces..elbows ..slightly tweaked.... Dammmnit...cuz!!!!....need to hiit bag wth muscle work not death blows .... yeah I'm a monster that needs ta take it easy on hits ..focused on leg full FORCE...hitting is like a drug ..I luv it so much it drives me crazy!!!!!hahahHaaa idknw why...Releasing n gathering of Powerrrr. Hybrid of high energy injun Cherokee -German .IRish mixture of chemical over load of power...lol...Peace....!!!!
