All of this is included in Grade 9 & 10 Social Studies book which we fail to educate ourselves. Only if we had better way of feeding education. One comment cannot include the issues in our country. I hope youngsters learn as many things as possible for betterment.

Yes but every administration increases that cap regularly. Still, government borrowing isn't the (exact) same as personal borrowing and real threat is too high interest more so than too high debt itself.

One mistake on data: Nepal’s recurrent expenditure is already higher than it’s revenue. So, our country is relying on debt for development and even debt repayment. This is not sustainable in long run. And are they prepared for a catastrophic event (like earthquake)? We are doomed.

One thing you missed is, we don't have enough revenue for even recurrent expenses. We're taking loans and grants for even that. And the capital expenses, even if they're mentioned, are not fully used in the works but used a lot in the paper.

Debt to GDP ratio herne ho vane Nepal ko, which is around 40%, we are fine for now. Many countries like Japan, Greece, Portugal, Sudan, etc have debt more than their GDP. Even our neighbouring country India has around 60%.
Those countries you named are already developed, and they can return their loans. India has invested heavily in infrastructure and can repay the loan, whereas Nepal lacks both infrastructure and development to do so. Nepal is receiving loans without implementing policies for the future of its economy.
I'm not an Expert in economics or politics but in my general understanding i believe all the loans we borrowed from the developed countries like US , Japan, China etc should be dismissed as a compensation for bearing the huge adverse effect of Global warming and climate change caused by those countries. Developing countries ( South Asian) like Nepal is producing below 0.057% of green house gases in the atmosphere while Developed countries like US, Austrilia, China, Japan etc are producing above 90% of green house gases individually. But our corrupt and coward government can never raise their voice against this issue in international court. We have full right to claim for the bearing of environmental damages and suffering caused by the developed countries because we are an agricultural country with great snowy Himalayas and green mountains. We need to fight for our environmental damages
