same case bro! like literally they suppose being a "fat, pighead, throwing a kid to being a patient of chronic heart disease is healthy." i was fat till grade 10 and later then, im still trying to lose weight, and you know what the fun fact i. In my childhood, my one of the elder brother(cousin) told me not to do exercise as he said my height wont grow(where the fact is exercises increases hgh which actually increases height, not stop growing) i still curse him for that. Anyway its like sharing info after reading from whatsapp uni. i was young, and i believed. guess what happened. it literally took me 4 years to get a decent shape. and believe me even i get same comment from my relative where they told me, "hey, are you sick" but they are relatives after all. they dont want good for you sad truth

Since 2020, I've mostly stopped eating junk food. I do still eat a few grams once in a while, but it's way less than before. This change has really helped me feel better and more energetic. I don't feel sluggish anymore, and my focus and productivity have improved a lot. I believe that cutting down on junk food can greatly help with weight and overall health. It’s been a big positive change for me, and I encourage others to try it too.

I’m from Belgium 🇧🇪 moved from Nepal 5 years ago.I think that west European countries are also working very good here.We get grades on goods to determine if it’s healthy or not which is A=Most healthy not that much of sugar,B=Healthy with bit amount of sugar,C=Can be consumed sometimes,D=not good with very much amount of sugar,E=Avoid this as much as you can.
These grades are found in packet of foods and specially noodles is rated D.
Seeing this video, during my work break , as i work in restaurants and changed my mind having junk food now onwards as well as junk food these days is like basic Daal bhaat in daily life specially for people living in abroad , and thanks for the video.

I feel like vomiting when eating chow chow at high altitude.

Body mass index chai realistic metric vanna mildaina hai. Ali muscular huda kheri 10% ko aaspaas ko bodyfat huda pani bmi 30 vanda mathi pani hunxa so don't use bmi as metric for obesity if you are muscular.

We need to give knowledge to people about this. I hope this video will reach to as many people. People don't know the difference between healthy and unhealthy foods. Even in my case, I was almost 90 Kg few months ago then I cut all sugar, processed food, did a intermittent fasting, went on a calorie deficit and started strength training and eating only healthy balanced foods. Now, I am 70 Kg and my body fat is around 12% . I drastically lost fat from all around the body like face, hands, chest, legs, belly etc... I have gained good amount of muscles. Since, I lost from all over the body, people are starting to saying that it's not looking good that I lost too much weight especially from face . I keep saying that I am not losing weight , my body fat has been losing so it affects on my face too. They don't understand and keep saying I need to eat more food lol. I am eating enough healthy food. People gotta be kidding me....
